MIKRO-PRO d.o.o. respects your privacy. This notice explains which personal data we process, why we process them and what rights you have in relation to them under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

The controller of personal data is MIKRO-PRO d.o.o., Tovarniška cesta 49, 2342 Ruše, Slovenia (registration number 6324231000, VAT ID SI89938453). Director: Iztok Žavcer. E-mail for data protection questions: info@mikro-pro.si. Due to the scale of processing we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
We process only data you provide yourself: via the inquiry form (full name, e-mail, phone, company, selected service, message, optional attachment), by e-mail or by phone. Our server also logs technical data needed for secure operation (IP address, timestamp, browser type, referrer). These are not combined with form data and are not used for profiling.
We process inquiry data to prepare quotes, perform orders and conduct business communication on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of, or steps prior to entering into, a contract). Technical log data are processed for website security and abuse prevention on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in protecting the service). We do not use data for direct marketing without explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal data and do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes. The following processors help us deliver the service under data processing agreements: (a) Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security, abuse prevention; (b) Resend, Inc. — delivery of form inquiries by e-mail. We may also disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers are made under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) that meet GDPR requirements for transfers outside the EEA.
Correspondence and business documentation are retained for the duration of the business relationship and within statutory periods (accounting documents 10 years under ZDDV-1; warranty and technical documentation 24 months after contract performance). Inquiries with no further follow-up are deleted after 24 months. Cloudflare retains technical logs for a maximum of 30 days.
Under GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The Slovenian authority is Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (gp.ip@ip-rs.si, www.ip-rs.si). To exercise any right write to info@mikro-pro.si — we respond within the statutory 30 days.
The website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary security cookies of our hosting provider Cloudflare (e.g. __cf_bm for abuse prevention). For details see the Cookies page.
