Sawing
Sawing stock as preparation for further machining.
We saw up to a diameter of 460 mm — preparing stock for further CNC machining (turning, milling) or cutting machine profiles and bars to precise length for your applications. The service can stand alone or be part of a larger order with us.
We typically cut shafts, bars, profiles and plates in structural and stainless steels, aluminium and bronze. Length tolerances are agreed at order entry — typically ±0,5 mm, tighter on request.
At MIKRO-PRO: even 1 piece is an order. If you need an exact blank for a prototype or a spare part, we cut it for you without minimum order quantities.
