On five CNC lathes we turn precise round parts from your drawings — from one-off pieces and prototypes to smaller series. We specialise in demanding parts where every dimension must be right first time: shafts, flanges, bolts, rollers, housings and spare parts for machine engineering, energy and the tooling industry.
The machining range covers diameters ⌀ 500–800 mm and lengths up to 2000 mm. Every order starts with a drawing review and a short technical discussion — if we see an improvement in manufacturability or an optimisation, we propose it before programming. After a first article is made, the entire series (even a single piece) goes through 100 % inspection before dispatch.
